Except speed-readers who can see that Trey Parker wrote the music (during the credit sequence. who says that IP thieves are honorless?)
I love it when nobody says 'fuck yeah' to books. Luddites! or something...
I'm so glad I don't have to worry about making this a front pager.

My search was spawned by a find of a Budweiser Malt Liquor tall-boy in a creek near a place in the woods where we all used to partake of illegally-gotten alcohol in our early teens. Bud Black was our drink of choice. The can I found was nearly spotless, to the point where I'd thought they MIGHT still be making it, even though I KNEW that Budweiser had King Kobra out instead. A quick look at where a pull-tab used to be forced me to investigate.
Budweiser Malt Liquor was made for two years, 1971-1973. The exact years we drank this swill.
Ah, youth.
Berkeley Matinee @ Independance Day. My wife and a friend of ours attempt to watch this film in white bread, university-classroom silence. We had far less fun than the other several hundred African Americans who whooped and hollered and yelled their heads off and gave us leave to try some ourselves. Ethnic stereotypes my foot.
Also, Something Awful is rather too much a hardcore satire site to get all cranky about on such a serious level. They're all like 18 there!
Excuse the apparent contradictoriality, but lighten up! Eyes on the Prize!
Bummed to find out Buffy and Anya are on the list. Good thing I'm finishing up Season 7 and won't have to worry about looking at their pretty mugs anymore (does anybody else have that problem? Losing interest in an artist because of their personal life? Or is that too OT?)
Hi, peeples. Nice place. First comment.
Riordan: 1, News-cycle idiocy: 0.
Laughing kids are the final arbiters of taste, even bad taste. I don't know if I'd have cackled myself were I in the room, but my 5 year old daughter would have, you can be sure of that. Even better if old Isis had gotten a gentle 'thonk' on the head with a rolled up newspaper. How would THAT have played in the media? The girl loves her Stooges.
Notice how it takes him a beat to think of it? Wonder if he's thinking "I'm going to hell for this one" or if he's just gettin' warmed up.
I'm seriously glad he's not our Governor here in old Californee, but he's got the funny on this one. Tempted to send him a 'something' of support.
Why thank you, Lamearse. I do indeed have these things of which you speak. OS X to the rescue (and a nice Monkey)!

Sorry, zedediah. Lesson learned: "search comments." Although, I did beat MeFi by 2 minutes! Does that count for something...? Nah, forget it...
